Dr. Sander van der Linden has been elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (RSA) for prominent contributions to social change research. The RSA, founded in 1754 is a politically independent organisation which invites experts from a broad range of industries and fields to help find innovative and practical solutions to today's social challenges. Notable past and present Fellows include Charles Dickens, Benjamin Franklin, Adam Smith, Tim Berners-Lee, and Stephen Hawking.

"It is a great honour and I am absolutely delighted to become a Fellow of such a prestigious, international, and historical society. I look forward to contribute to the Fellowship and RSA's mission. For example, through the RSA's excellent "Social Brain Behavioural Science" work, which applies insights from the behavioural sciences to our most pressing, social, political, and environmental challenges".
