Risk and Uncertainty Conference

After a successful launch in Cambridge last year, the Cambridge Risk and Uncertainty Conference (RUC) will take place in Amsterdam this year hosted by the VU University Medical Center and the Dutch Ministry of Public Health and Environment. The theme of this year is "constested facts" and abstract submissions are now open: http://www.rucamsterdam.org/

Dr. van der Linden co-founded and organized the RUC last year in Cambridge. Professor Sir David Spiegelhalter, chairman of the Winton Centre for Risk and Evidence Communication will deliver a keynote at this year's conference.
