Talya Miron-Shatz was a visiting scholar at the University of Cambridge Social Decision-Making Laboratory. She is a full professor and heads the MBA thesis program in Israel’s Ono Academic college. Her PhD, MA, and BA (magna cum laude) are from the Department of Psychology at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Previously a post-doc at Princeton University with Daniel Kahneman, a lecturer at the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania, and a visiting researcher at the Winton Centre for Risk and Evidence Communication, University of Cambridge, her research and consulting mainly focuses on medical decision making.
She published ‘Your Life Depends on It: What You Can Do to Make Better Choices about Your Health’ (Basic Books, Hachette, 2021).
Currently she is also studying collective action and protest, in the context of behavioral economics, and sacred values.
