Ondřej graduated from Cambridge with an MPhil in Psychology (2019) and currently works as a Behavioural Scientist at The Behaviouralist. His research work focuses on how social norms and morality affect cooperation in real-world social dilemmas, such as climate change. He has also founded a research non-profit that helps environmental NGOs apply insights from behavioural science.
