Claudia Schneider is a Senior Research Affiliate with the Cambridge Social Decision-Making Lab. She is based at the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand, where she holds a Lectureship (Assistant Professorship) in Environmental Psychology. Previously a post-doc with the CSDM lab and the Winton Centre for Risk and Evidence Communication, University of Cambridge, her research seeks to tackle large-scale global social issues, such as climate change, public health crises, or intergroup conflict. She received her PhD in Psychology from Columbia University. Her work uses a combination of methods ranging from quantitative surveys to field studies.
